12/01 - Current	University of North Florida Womens Division I Swimming & Diving Team, Jacksonville, FL Swimming Meet Manager (Voluntary): Manages and scores home swim meets (dual and tournament) according to procedures set by the NCAA. Performs various tasks related to entries, scratches, seeding, results, qualifiers, summaries and records. Oversees and operates $50,000 worth of equipment including Hy-tek Ltd. Meet Manager software, which was also used at the U.S. and Canadian Swimming Olympic Trials.
12/04 - 02/05	NFL Superbowl XXXIX, Jacksonville, FL (played February 6, 2005) Ambassador (Voluntary): Performed general office duties inside the Command Center. Also arranged and placed stunt cards in stadium seats for the halftime show finale which starred Paul McCartney.
10/95 - 11/00	America Online, Inc, Jacksonville, FL Customer Care Consultant: Troubleshoot customers (members) hardware and software difficulties via telephone or electronic mail regarding the CompuServe and AOL service brands. Original and most senior consultant for the CompuServe 2000 support team which launched February 1999.
