| On October 20, 2001 the local vision agencies sponsored a walkathon to increase awareness of visually impaired problems and raise money for visually impaired projects. The walkathon was held on the shore of Jacksonville Beach. Representing the Lions Clubs were Lion Arlene Carlson and Lion Jeb Stewart. |
